Details:

  • This card uses the Merry Patterns stamp set. This stamp set is available for FREE on all orders of $300 and more during the month of September and October. It is so adorable, I’ve got some great samples coming your way, including this one 😉
  • The card base is Stampin’Up! Thick Whisper White Cardstock #cardbaseofthegods Remember to score it lightly before folding for a clean crisp edge.
  • The Crumb Cake Layer is 4 x 5 1/4″ and was run thru the Big Shot using the Cable Knit Dynamic Embossing Folder. A reminder that when you are using a Dynamic Embossing Folder you use just ONE of the plates.
  • The reindeer from the Stampin’Up! Merry Patterns stamp set was stamped in Real Red on Whisper White and cropped out using the Layering Ovals Thinlits, Big Shot, and Magnetic Platform. Did you know that when you purchase a Big Shot from me I gift you a Magnetic Platform?! ($40 value)
  • I layered it on a rectangle of Real Red Cardstock and added a sweet little heart from the Corrugated Embellishments found in the Stampin’Up! Annual Catalog.
  • I love this ribbon from the Holiday Catalog, it is the Quilted Christmas 1/4″ ribbon. It has Real Red, Garden Green and Whisper White in it and is such a great addition!

Inking Royalty Tricked Out Treats Blog Hop

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s September Blog Hop! Today’s Tricked Out Treats Blog Hop is filled with spooky, fun projects for Halloween. We are excited to share our creations with you today and hope these projects inspire you. After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

Stampin'Up! mini pizza boxes, spooky cat punch, spooky night designer series paper, gift, 3d, DIY, papercrafting, lisapretto, inkbigacademystamps

  • For this project I combined 2 of the most popular items in the Stampin’Up! Holiday Catalog; mini pizza boxes and the Spooky Cat punch.
  • The great black and white buffalo plaid patterned paper is from the Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper. I love what a great year round all occasion pattern this is!
  • I doubled up on the doilies, laying a White Lace one down and then topping it with a Silver Metallic Doily.
  • The cat was made using the Spooky Cata Punch and the Spooky Night Designer Series Paper. You get 2 sheets of black and orange cats that you can crop out in a jiffy using the coordinating punch.
  • I added the Black Shimmer Ribbon under that cat and used it to tie the box shut. This way you can open it and still keep all the pretty embellishemnts in tact.
  • The sentiment, from the Spooky Cat stamp set was stamped in Pumpkin Pie.
  • I love these little 3×3″ boxes! They are perfect for treats, gift cards, and cash!

If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects. At the moment you are visiting Lisa Pretto.

Even though I mostly share cards with you here on the blog, my favorite thing to create is gifts and gift packaging.

Stampin'Up! Labels to Love stamp set, Everyday Lable Punch, host gift, coffee, gift card, green sprigs, DIY, papercrafts, lisapretto, inkbigacademystamps

Details:

  • I purchased this ceramic coffee mug after the holidays last year and knew it would make a great host gift when filled with candies and a gift card.
  • The tag is made with the Labels to Love stamp set, stamped in Real Red and Emerald Envy on Whisper White. It is cropped out using the Everyday Label Punch.
  • A Rhinestone is added to the label for a little added sparkle.
  • Isn’t that 7/8″ Striped Black and White Ribbon divine?! It is the perfect touch to tie this mug together. A few of our Green Sprigs create an even more festive look. These sprigs are kind of hidden in the Stampin’Up! Holiday Catalog, but look close on page 12….you will definitely want these!!
  • Wouldn’t you love to give, or get, a gift that looks this pretty?
