Hang Your Stocking Gift Tags

Stampin'Up! Hang your Stocking bundle. gift tag, christmas, diy

Everything about the tags I am sharing today just makes me smile! Seriously, can you just see these adorning your holiday packages? I am thinking they would even be super cute as decorations on a little table top tree.

There are so many amazing details on this first tag:

  • The Hang Your Stocking bundle (#143512, $45.75)makes quick work of these cropped images, and I LOVE that the stockings are heat embossed in the Real Red Glitter Embossing Powder (#142635, $6.00)
  • The Whisper White Pom Pom Trim (#141486, $7.00)from the Stampin’Up! Annual Catalog. I will be honest, that kind of stymied me, but it is perfection on these sweet stockings
  • The Layering Circle Framelits (#141705, $35) create the perfect layering circle and scallop circle in a snap.
  • And the Real Red Stitched Ribbon (#141984 $8.50) and Linen Thread (#104199, $4.50) are superb in keeping the glam but rustic feel of this project

  • This next little trio of tags uses the same Hang Your Stocking Bundle, with just a few additions:
  • The Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper (#141981, $11.00) adds just the right grounding to these tags
  • The Whisper White Pom Pom Trim works its magic again
  • And I love the trio of twine used! The Real Red and Whisper White with Metallic Red twine comes from the Candy Cane Lane Baker’s Twine (#141983, $6.00) and the fabulous Gold comes from the Baker’s Twin Trio (#141999, $9.00)

Hang Your Stocking Bundle

Stampin'Up! Hang Your Stocking bundle, Christmas Card, DIY, Christmas Card

But those jingle bells….SWOON!

The beginning of the week my design team took on the Home Sweet Home bundle and knocked it out of the park. You can view them here.

Today they kick off two days of highlighting the Hang Your Stocking Bundle, which is so super cute! I will have bonus projects in the newsletter next week, so make sure you are signed up HERE

I love the card above. It is so traditional with the green, red and whisper white, yet those jingle bells and linen thread really make it fun and interesting. And you know I adore all that white space!

The bundle makes such quick work of creating beautiful, detailed holiday stockings that just make me smile. Great images are cropped out so quickly with a run thru the Big Shot. Not a bad way to spend an hour or two to create stunning holiday cards and special gift tags.

and as a big fan of fast and easy the holidays are the perfect time to invest a little more in your creating and crafting. Magic happens in the holiday details….it is why we decorate and bake and spend hours shopping for just the right gift…

This next card shows off some of my favorite sparkly items: Silver Glimmer Paper, Silver Foil Paper, Rhinestones, Silver Embossing Powder and the silver ribbon from the glitter ribbon duo found in the Holiday Catalog….it is a shiny, sparkly card that would delight anyone.

The Hang Your Stocking bundle is from the Stampin’Up! Holiday Catalog (#143512, $45.75) and I HIGHLY recommend picking up the Jingle Bells at the same time. You will thank me, I promise! #142002, $4.50 for 60, half silver, half red

Home Sweet Home, Happy Halloween

Yesterday I shared two awesome Christmas projects using the Home Sweet Home bundle, check them out here.

Today this bundle gets the Halloween treatment, and it is sweetly spooky!

Stampin'Up! Home Sweet Home Bundle, Halloween Card, DIY

Both of these fabulous Halloween projects show off all the great little pieces that come in this bundle.

The moon, the ghost, the bats and the sentiments all come from the bundle. As much as I like to highlight other stamp sets when I use a bundle, I love that there are so many awesome pieces in this bundle that create such fast and easy projects. This is really a super one stop shop that is a great addition to your holiday crafting.

The video, Christmas projects and more can be found here

Happy Mail!

It is FRIDAY!!

Or as we like to call it around here, Fri-YAY!!

And it seems like the perfect time to share some Happy Mail 🙂

Stampin'Up! Thankful Thoughts stamp set, Happy Mail

from Jennifer Spiller

Stampin'Up! Acorny Thank You

from Linda Suarez

Stampin'Up! Baby Bear

from Vicky Heimbecker

Stampin'Up! Thoughtful Branches

from Corinne Blake

as beautiful as these cards are the real gift is that someone took time to make a card, write a note inside the card, and then mail the card. In the day of emails and FB happy birthday wishes, a card in the mail is a powerful reminder of how important it is to take the time and let someone know you appreciate them and wish them well. I know these sure made my day 🙂
